I have been working across the institutions of art, education, cinema, media arts and television since the early-70s and have film and video artwork in archives and collections in Europe, Australia, North and South America. I have a Masters of Fine Art (1st Class Hons) from the College of Fine Art, University of New South Wales; and a PhD from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, University of Technology Sydney, having received an Australian Postgraduate Award to investigate the precept of visual mnemonics in the development of tools for the creative interaction with digital motion pictures.
